Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Cobi Zerbst. Due to the nature of art products, our refund and return policy differs depending on the item purchased.

Original Artwork

All sales of original artwork are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

If your original artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Prints

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.

We may offer:

  • A replacement print;

  • A refund; or

  • Store credit at our discretion.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing assumptions, or minor colour variations caused by screen settings.

T-Shirts & Apparel

We accept exchanges for apparel only if:

  • The item is unworn and unwashed;

  • Original tags are attached;

  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email madeinart22@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue; and

  • Clear photographs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Original artwork;

  • Custom commissions;

  • Personalised products;

  • Worn items;

  • Sale or clearance items.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
