Please note:

  • Original artwork may require additional preparation time.

  • Limited edition prints may require production before shipping.

  • During product launches, exhibitions, or holiday periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Expect parcels to take 4–10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by processing, weather events, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

 

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of:

  • The product;

  • The packaging; and

  • The shipping label.

We offer international shipping to selected countries including; the United Kingdom, United States and New Zealand

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Delivery Times

Estimated international delivery times are:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or border inspections.

 

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched (where available). Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

 

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand. These delays are outside our control.

 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

 

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We will work with the courier to investigate. Resolution times vary depending on the shipping provider.
