By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms:

- All commission enquiries are subject to approval and availability. 

- A quote will be issued by the artist after reviewing the details provided, the quote is valid for one month after issue.

- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before painting begins. The process begins once the 50% deposit has been received and the client has approved the quote that had been issued.

- Final payment must be completed before delivery or shipping of the artwork.Turnaround times vary depending on the size and complexity of the commission.

- Minor revisions may be included during the sketch/planning stage. Major changes after approval may incur additional fees.

- The artist retains creative freedom and reserves the right to decline commissions that do not align with their artistic style or values.

- Colours and final details may vary slightly from digital previews or reference images.

- Artwork may be shared on social media, portfolio pages, or promotional material unless otherwise requested in writing.

- Commercial use, reproduction, or resale of artwork is not permitted unless agreed upon separately in writing.

- Shipping costs, if applicable, will be discussed and quoted separately.

- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Completed commissions are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
